Shipping

Worldwide shipping from Israel

We ship from our atelier in Israel to more than 70 countries. International orders ship with UPS Express, door to door and fully tracked: free on orders over $300, and a flat $29 below that. Import duties and taxes are prepaid by us.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days. Special orders and personalized pieces are made for you, and we will confirm their timeline with you directly.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Abroad, UPS Express delivers to your door, usually within a few business days of dispatch.
  • All pieces are carefully gift wrapped and packaged for fragile transportation.

Shipping within Israel

Orders within Israel ship free of charge, by courier or by registered mail. You can also collect your order from the atelier in Ein Vered, by appointment.

International orders

Customs & import duties

Import duties and taxes are prepaid by us, for every country, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. UPS clears your order through customs and delivers it to your door.

Damaged in transit

If your piece arrives damaged

We pack every piece with great care, but ceramics travel a long way. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the piece and of the packaging. We will send you a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Returns

30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Before sending a return, email us at amir.rom5@gmail.com with your order number, and we will send you the return details.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping a return back to us. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost on the way.
  • Personalized pieces and special orders are made especially for you and cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged.

Would you like a different piece? Return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

How refunds work

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and let you know that it has arrived. If your return is approved, we will refund your credit card or your original method of payment. The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your card issuer’s policies.
